Bam Bou (now called Aspen, needs new review)

Bam Bou is one of those bars that kind of does your head in. The music is decent enough –plenty of variety and DJs that know their tunes –the crowd is friendly and the location is handily central. Yet somehow it misses the point –by miles. You won't be able to put your finger on it; you'll just know there's something not quite right here. Maybe we're wrong, maybe our mates spike our drinks with sinister hallucinogenics whenever we go to the toilet, but we're just not feeling the vibe.
