First things first: check out the staff in this place. It's like a local modelling agency just went under and everyone on their books dived into the restaurant next door for a job to tide them over. If you can take your eyes off them for a second and direct them towards the menu you'll find some pleasingly large helpings of Scottish and international dishes all served with a touch of finesse. They have stupid headings on the menu instead of just getting to the point and calling mains 'mains' and starters 'starters'. What is the world coming to? Right, anyway –the food's good, the décor's minimal posh and it's chilled enough for a casual one. Oh, and did we mention the pretty staff?
