In olde worlde times, Phenecia was a distraught mother who pestered Jesus to heal her obsessed child. Obsessed with what – they didn't have Panini stickers or PS2s in those days – and what she has to do with North African and Mediterranean cuisine we don't know. Maybe she gave Jesus some tapas after all that healing? Anyway, unless you're an African food connoisseur – like Jesus – you can be sure of finding something new here. Saying that, if you're the unadventurous sort then you'll be fine with the pizzas, tapas or steak. BYO healing. of flavour.
