Royal Yacht Britannia
Just a bus ride from the city centre, Leith is now the final home for the royal yacht Britannia. Every royalist's wet–dream, this shameless demonstration of luxury boasts a chance to see the private rooms of the Queen and the Duke of "How d'you keep the locals off the booze long enough to pass their driving tests?" Edinburgh. Basically an opportunity to see up–close, an obsolete, expensive, outdated ambassador of the realm, or at least where she might have slept. The situation of the Britannia in Leith only serves to add to this area's growing reputation as a tourist magnet.
