Thai Orchid

This top little Thai is the oldest in town and it's still the best. Run by a friendly family and with its unpretentious, nicely relaxed vibe you'll be hard pushed to find better in town –and that's saying something. Being close to an array of fine arts places means you can either nip in here for something hot and spicy before hitting the stalls, or you can bore your mates to death over their pad thai by neatly dissecting everything you've just seen. More unusual dishes and plenty for veggies make this a winner.
