Cellar Bar
A small neon sign on Chamber's Street depicting the Blue Note Jazz label signals the entrance to the Cellar Bar. Furthermore, it echoes the music policy of the much more widely lamented Cafe Graffiti, particularly in it eclecticism. More traditional vocal jazz earlier as the week progresses. There's a genuine buzz of excitement from the collective masses when the lights go down and the band strikes up. Add to this the minimal lighting behind the bar and the candle on each table which create a sultry atmosphere and you have one fine venue.
