Hurricane

A gorgeously relaxed grill restaurant sitting over the extra–sexy Downstairs at Hurricane's. With it's ochre–coloured walls, bay windows, original 60s chrome fittings and huge paintings by Glasgow artist Nichol Wheatley its an unpretentious and unfailingly likeable place which encourages an equally unpretentious crowd to fill its tables and talk politics and Beckham to their hearts content. The food sees a lot of succulent grill action, but there's also a whole host of dishes including vegetarian options to keep everyone smiling. And then after your supper, head downstairs and get cosy with some cocktails. Lovely.
