Edinburgh Castle
Look up. A bit to your right. There you go, you've found it. The worst choice possible for anyone playing I spy, anyone who's been in Edinburgh for any length of time whatsoever will know about the castle. It's not the cheapest outing in the world, and paying for the audio guides is like a kick in the crotch after the hefty initial entrance fee, but it provides some of the best views in Edinburgh, and the castle's pretty interesting as well. Plus if you come to Edinburgh and don't visit it, people will probably point at you and laugh.
