The Witchery

This jewel of indulgence studded into the hill of the historic castle well deserves to be called Scotland's best restaurant. The menu teems with deliciousness, and the wine list stuns. Though extravagant, the vibe is one of quiet sophistication; that's not to say it's a stuck–up, only that the standard of service on offer is exceptional. This is a favorite celebrity haunt of bonny Scottie, so don your best togs. It's no coincidence 'Witchery' and 'Itchery' are a mere consonant apart – like Montell Jordon almost sang, 'This is how we'd do it'
