Iglu
Remote as its namesake, everything you get in this multi–award–winning restaurant and self–proclaimed 'ethical eatery' is completely organic. Don't worry though; far from a gaggle of hippies chanting around a fondue pot, this place has a very intimate feel to it. Aside from sublime food and drink, there's an in–house pastry chef too. One taste of the desserts and you'll forget all about Eskimos and penguins.
