Sygn

Or 'The Bar with No Name' as it was once known, hence the quirkily–relevant new name. Which should hopefully stop people using that other rather clumsy moniker. Either way, Sygn is quite the place for food or drink – even if it is maybe a bit on the pricey side, it's worth every tarnished penny. It's rather hidden away in the churning bowels of the city centre so it's usually only frequented by Edinburgh's most clued–up of city adventurers. Which now includes thy good self. Yay for you.
