Cineworld
The Cineworld is comfortably positioned among the other well-known bar and restaurant chains that line Fountain Park, and this is reflected by it being such a popular choice with Edinburgh's cinema-going public. Although it does occasionally screen indie films, this is more often than not the place to kick back in front of the latest blockbuster, with jumbo popcorn in one hand, an overpriced 500g bag of pick 'n' mix in the other and somewhere between two and seven litres of Coke in your lap. It's usually the first choice for drivers too, what with the handy (and refreshingly spacious) car park nestling underneath.
