Café Habana

Located right beside the Edinburgh Playhouse, Café Habana often gets a gaggle of geriatric culture vultures walking in and looking rather embarrassed and flustered once they realise it's a gay establishment. Maybe they haven't quite caught up with the word's new meaning. If they stayed around a bit longer they'd find out about the cheap drinks and helpful staff, though there's nothing else wildly amazing here in terms of atmosphere or clientele, or even seating for that matter. Good, then, for some pre-club drinks; not so good to bring your gran. Unless that's her scene, of course.
