Recently relaunched, the Sala Café Bar is an exquisite, authentic Spanish restaurant first and gay venue second. Quite popular with the lesbian community, so perhaps try to avoid any nudge-wink allusions when ordering a salmon taco (but that's Mexican anyway, so you're ok). The café works out great for any cheap-skates out there as well, being the only place in Edinburgh to offer free tapas with every alcoholic drink purchased.
