Wok and Wine

Don't worry, this isn't some alcoholic's stir-fried idea of heaven. In fact it's a lot stranger, given that it's a Chinese twist on good old Spanish tapas. Though that might sound confusing at first, this international mongrel is actually something of a success, with the smaller portions working surprisingly well with oriental cuisine. It's also the most authentic place for it in Edinburgh. Warning – try one of the pak choi dishes and you'll never be happy to eat Chinese food out of a box again.
