Wok and Wine
Don't worry, this isn't some alcoholic's stir-fried idea of heaven. In fact it's a lot stranger, given that it's a Chinese twist on good old Spanish tapas. Though that might sound confusing at first, this international mongrel is actually something of a success, with the smaller portions working surprisingly well with oriental cuisine. It's also the most authentic place for it in Edinburgh. Warning try one of the pak choi dishes and you'll never be happy to eat Chinese food out of a box again.
