The Point Restaurant

Located 'twixt the infamous 'Pubic Triangle' and Lothian Road's finest, erm, strip bars, you might assume the Point to be some sort of high-end brothel. Fortunately (or unfortunately?) it isn't, instead housing a fine, albeit much-overlooked, restaurant and hotel. The food is top-notch, and the hidden location makes it a favourite with a discerning clientele. And they do a cracking lunchtime meal deal that allows you to live the high life on a shoestring.
