Double Dutch
Despite looking fairly unappealing from the outside, this café is much nicer on the inside. Kind of like the Scottish Parliament building – with the added bonus of not being full of arseholes. Friendly staff, fair prices and an unpretentious menu of well-prepared classics make it ideal for when you want to keep it quick and casual. They say Dylan Moran is a regular, so if you're feeling brave enough to interrupt a grumpy Irish man, we're sure he'd love to hear renditions of your best Black Books quotes.
