Cargo

So named due to the quay right beside it, not some crazy spin-off of the are-they-fashionable-are-they-not variety of pants (seriously – are they fashionable?). Cargo itself goes through a similar sort of seasonal popularity though, often being a heaving bundle of excitement but sometimes being drier than a nun's clunge at Christmas. Good for a quiet drink since it's mainly a hit with types from the commercial West End area, and also great for enjoying a waterfront view on a sunny day. Just a shame there's not that many of them in Edinburgh. Still, guess we can't hold that against them. But at least we can try.
