Ditch your hyperactive runt, flee from Ross Kemp's disturbing drag costume and head next door to the Cuckoo's Nest. Formerly The Stage Door, this two-floor pub comes with decent music, reasonable prices (especially for students) and a modern, yet laid-back feel. It may not be known for lobotomies or giant, Native American mutes, but who are we to say how your night might turn out?
