Mumtaz Mahal

Mumtaz Mahal is an astoundingly average takeaway joint that, in addition to the standard fare of pizza, curry, kebabs and burgers, has a sweet shop as well. Don't go in expecting cinema Pick 'n' Mix though; Mumtaz Mahal sells a vast array of technicolor Asian sweets. The unfamiliarity and surprise of their flavours is perfect for desperate, late-night sugar cravings. Though the food is nothing special, it is available most waking hours and even opens early on Sunday – nicely filling the gap in the market for those who crave post-binge, morning kebabs.
